We will form groups of 10 persons equipped with tables, paella pan, apron, hats, all the ingredients to cook the: rice, salt, vegetables, fish, lemon etc….
All the groups will start at the same time and will be lead by a chef and it’s kitchen boy.
They will have the menu printed, with the recipe, and the steps to follow.
The Judge will be formed by one chef and the director of the restaurant.
The groups will be distinguish by the colors of the “picos”.
The minimum of persons is 10 and the maximum 85 pax.
